Sometimes the lovely sounds of a duo in love is all you need to get you through Monday. Gaining popularity after appearing in the soundtrack for Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, the L.A. based couple has a great sound with glorious female vocals intertwining with less frequent male offerings! 'Xavia' is a wild ride that has floating electronics at the beginning, soft melodies in the middle, an awesome and crescendoing interlude at 3:20, and then ends in a thrilling repetition of "one heart to break, one heart". Enjoy!
I'm a HUGE fan of 'Brightest Hour', a soft indie ballad that is simply beautiful. If I'm ever wandering through starry skies, this is what I'll do it to.
