Mansions On The Moon: Radio

It's rare that a song that is criticizing pop songs' generic formulas has such a...well, a catchy and poppy sound! Opening with the lines, "Because you heard it on the radio, doesn't make it beautiful. Where did all the music go? I think it's locked in a box in my heart, in my soul," Mansions on the Moon have a bold statement on their hands. They follow through with it though, and do in fact make something beautiful. I don't know a ton about these guys, but I really like their name, they've got some killer harmonies, nice lyrics, and if this song is anything to go off of, we'll be hearing more from them in the future...maybe even on the radio!
I love the echo-y chant they do at the 36 second mark, and at other lovely times during the track, it's joyful! Enjoy the very kindly proffered free download from Mansions on the Moon!
